If your environment meets the system requirements and does not function properly, use the procedure below to copy report and send it from "Contact form" page.

1. Click [Copy report] in [Graphic performance check] dialog. The report is copied.
   
2. Click the link below. "Contact form" web page opens.
   • Contact form
3. Paste the report in the input field of [Inquiry details]. Describe the detail of the error, too.
4. Write other necessary information and click [Send].
