Regarding the Dec. 2 Clip Studio Cloud Service outage

On December 2, 2021, from 03:00 - 03:30 GMT/UTC, a maintenance was performed to speed up the Clip Studio Cloud Service.
Due to a problem with the maintenance, some users may have not been able to synchronize their data with the cloud properly.
On December 3, 2021, from 00:00 - 01:00 GMT/UTC, emergency maintenance was carried out to restore contents affected by the December 2 maintenance to their previous state.
As of December 5, 08:00, all impacted work data on the cloud has been restored. We have sent an email to users affected by this issue to the email address registered to their Clip Studio accounts.
Additionally, we have sent an email to users whose material data in the cloud was also affected.
We sincerely apologize for the disruption and failure of service in regards to the storage of our users' invaluable work data. We will make every effort to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future.
