The 100 GB of free cloud storage that has been offered to some customers will be changed to 10 GB from February 2026

Thank you for using Clip Studio Paint. From February 2026, the 100 GB of free cloud storage that has been offered to some customers will be changed to 10 GB, which is the same capacity offered to all users.

    This change will apply to the following users:

  • Users who have 100 GB cloud capacity included with their plan. You can check your cloud capacity as described below.
  • Users who have not subscribed to change their maximum cloud storage capacity to 100 GB before the change.

Due to the impact of exchange rates and overall price increases, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to maintain large cloud capacity. We apologize deeply for the inconvenience this may cause to our cloud service users and thank you for your understanding.

After the free 100 GB cloud capacity ends in February 2026, applicable users may still continue to use up to 10 GB of cloud storage.
30 days after the cloud storage capacity changes, cloud data exceeding 10 GB will be deleted from the oldest data. You will receive a notification before any data is deleted.

If you wish to have 100 GB of cloud capacity after February 2026, then please subscribe to the 100 GB max cloud storage capacity plan from January 2026. (Users who already have free 100 GB of storage capacity cannot subscribe to the 100 GB plan until this date.) You may apply for the 300 GB max cloud storage capacity plan from February.

After launching Clip Studio Paint, tap on the account icon while logged in to see your current cloud capacity.
