Contact with winners

Winners will be contacted by Clip Studio Paint social media accounts within 24 hours of each daily deadline.

You won’t be eligible if...

Your posts are hidden or protected, your reposts or comments are deleted before the end of the giveaway period, or you left comments on posts other than giveaway posts. Your account needs to be following the official Clip Studio Paint account at the end of the giveaway period.

Delivery of Prizes

1. It may take some time for the prize to be delivered. Depending on the region, delivery may take several months.
2. There are no region restrictions.
3. Prizes may not be shipped to some regions. Winners will be notified individually in such cases.
4. If a prizewinner fails to provide the necessary shipping information, they will no longer be eligible for the prize.
5. Prize eligibility cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for money.
6. Personal information provided by the winner will only be used to deliver the prize. It will not be disclosed or provided to any third party except relevant contractors (unless disclosure is required by law). See Celsys' privacy policy for more information on the handling of personal information.
7. Celsys will message only to ask for shipping details. If you are contacted in regards to this contest, please double-check the message was sent from an official Celsys account before providing any personal information.

1. Entrants may take part in this event every day, across multiple social media platforms.
2. Your comment or repost may be featured on our official accounts. Please note that no advance notice will be given in such cases.
3. Celsys will contact the winners via social media within 24 hours of each daily deadline. Winners will not be announced publicly to ensure their privacy.
4. Accounts set to private are not eligible for the draw.
5. Permission from a parent or guardian is required for minors.
6. Celsys accepts no responsibility for content posted by entrants on X, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, including entrants' reposts and comments for this contest or for any problems that occur as a result.
7. Any entrants found to be tagging themselves or fake accounts will be disqualified.
8. Any entrants found to be engaging in fraudulent activity related to this contest or fraudulently accessing the Clip Studio Paint X, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts will be disqualified.
9. Reposts or comments will be disqualified in the following cases: violation of laws, public order, copyright law, intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or infringement of the privacy of a third party. Celsys is not responsible for any infringement of third party rights in reposts or comments.
