How the winner will be contacted

Celsys will contact the winners via social media within 24 hours of each daily deadline. If a winner does not reply within 14 days with the information needed to send the prize, they will lose prize eligibility.

The winner will be contacted via direct message from Clip Studio Paint's official Twitter account (@clipstudiopaint). The winner will be asked to provide necessary information regarding prize delivery. The winner must reply with this information within 14 days.

Facebook

The winner will be contacted via a private message on the comment from Clip Studio Paint's official Facebook account. The winner will be asked to provide necessary information regarding prize delivery. The winner must reply with this information within 14 days.

Instagram

The winner will be contacted via direct message from Clip Studio Paint's official Instagram account. The winner will be asked to provide necessary information regarding prize delivery. The winner must reply with this information within 14 days.

Delivery of Prizes

  1. It may take a while to deliver the prizes.
  2. There are no region restrictions.
  3. If any information required to send the prize is not received from a winner, that winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
  4. Eligibility for the prize cannot be transferred to a third party or exchanged for money.
  5. Personal information provided by the winner will only be used to deliver the prize. It will not be disclosed or provided to any third party except relevant contractors (unless disclosure is required by law).
